At AUREX, we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns are only applicable for:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged product received
    • Size issues (only if exchange is available)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable).
  • Customized or special edition products.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@aurexstylez.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Return shipping charges may apply in case of size exchange.
